Barista – Specialty Coffee & Healthy Café

About the role

Join Bake.Fit Café, a modern wellness café in Sarjapur, Bangalore, where healthy eating meets great taste. As a Barista you will craft high‑quality coffee and specialty drinks while providing an inviting experience for our health‑focused customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso‑based beverages, teas, smoothies, shakes and other specialty drinks following standard recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, blenders and related café equipment.
• Welcome customers, recommend menu items, handle queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Prepare simple food items such as bakery products, sandwiches, salads and healthy snacks.
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, equipment, counters and seating area in line with hygiene standards.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other supplies; assist with inventory records and deliveries.
• Support opening and closing procedures and collaborate with kitchen and service staff.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Hotel Management or Hospitality qualification preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a Barista in cafés, coffee chains, restaurants or hospitality venues.
• Certification in Barista or coffee preparation is a plus.
