The Starbucks Barista delivers legendary customer service by preparing quality beverages, maintaining a clean store environment, and embodying Starbucks’ guiding principles and coffee culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for Starbucks’ culture, values, and coffee heritage.
• Engage with customers, discover their needs, and provide product sampling and demonstrations.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
• Handle cash, follow security procedures, and adhere to health and safety policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure a comfortable environment for guests.
