Barista – Hotel Coffee Shop

About the role
The Barista will work in the coffee shop located within the Grand Hyatt Kochi, delivering high‑quality beverage service to hotel guests. You will ensure each order meets the hotel’s standards while maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take and fulfill guest beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Prepare coffee and other drinks according to menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop area.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to create a pleasant guest experience.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel operations or a similar hospitality setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating coffee‑making equipment and preparing beverages.
