About the role
We are looking for a motivated Barista/Brewer to join our café team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages following café standards.
- Maintain consistency and speed of service to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are upheld at all times.
- Manage inventory, control waste, and support stock replenishment.
- Engage with guests, provide friendly service, and promote upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively during shifts.
