Banquet Server – Full‑time On‑site at Luxury Resort

About the role

The Banquet Server will join Aldovia Resort & Convention’s event team in Bengaluru, delivering seamless service for large‑scale banquets, conferences, weddings and corporate retreats. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures guests enjoy a polished dining experience from setup through breakdown.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens and service stations according to event specifications.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, coordinating course delivery and attending to guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events.
• Assist with buffet stations, replenishing items and ensuring presentation standards.
• Support breakdown, reset and post‑event cleanup of banquet spaces.
• Collaborate closely with banquet, culinary and event coordination teams to uphold service standards.

Required profile

• Strong food‑service and beverage handling knowledge, including safe plating techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Solid interpersonal skills for teamwork in fast‑paced environments.
• Previous experience in banquets, hospitality or restaurant service preferred.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability and a positive, guest‑focused attitude.
