About the role
We are seeking qualified BAMS, BHMS or BUMS doctors to join a 40‑bed multi‑speciality hospital in Kanpur as Emergency and Floor Clinical Incharge. The role involves direct patient care in emergency situations and overseeing clinical activities on the ward.
Key responsibilities
- Manage emergency and floor patient care, ensuring timely treatment.
- Monitor admitted patients, maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Coordinate with nursing and medical teams to streamline clinical workflow.
- Support patient management processes and uphold safety standards.
- Maintain reporting protocols and ensure quality of care.
Required profile
- Degree in BAMS, BHMS or BUMS.
- Relevant experience in emergency or clinical settings preferred.
- Strong communication and patient handling abilities.
