Bakery & Pastry Commis (Level I)

About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality team as a Bakery & Pastry Commis I, supporting the Baker Chef in daily bread and pastry production. You will help create high‑quality baked goods while ensuring strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Baker Chef in overseeing daily bakery operations.
• Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked items to company standards.
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Support inventory management and ordering of bakery supplies.
• Participate in menu planning and development of new bakery products.
• Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, and code‑of‑conduct adherence.

Required profile

• Ability to follow recipes, methods, and instructions from senior chefs.
• Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good coordination skills.
• Attention to detail to prevent use of contaminated products.
