About the role
The Back Office Executive will provide administrative and operational support to management and front‑end teams, ensuring smooth business processes through accurate documentation, data handling and reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day back‑office operations, including filing, record maintenance and document control.
- Perform data entry, update databases and generate reports using Excel or internal software.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in preparing periodic performance reports.
Required profile
- Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in back‑office or administrative roles.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
