About the role
The Manager – B2B Dealer Banker will lead the acquisition and relationship development of Bajaj Finance Ltd’s CD dealers across key northern regions, driving growth for a suite of loan products.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new CD dealers and deepen existing relationships for products such as LAP, Flexi LAP, term loans, working capital lines, home loans and business loans.
- Cover the North region including Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Calcutta.
- Deliver the annual operating plan by growing the loan book, maintaining portfolio credit quality, managing interest spreads and achieving cross‑sell targets.
- Develop and execute annual account plans for each dealer.
- Monitor, track and resolve exceptions, deferrals and deviations in dealer performance.
- Manage delinquency and initiate early recovery actions for overdue customers.
Required profile
- CA or MBA in Finance with 5‑6 years of lending experience in SME or commercial banking (banks or NBFCs).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently in a flat, non‑hierarchical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a results‑oriented, problem‑solving approach.
- High integrity, dependability and the ability to work under pressure while multitasking.
