Ayudante de camarero

About the role

The Ayudante de camarero will support the bar team in delivering friendly, efficient service to all guests. Working on‑site in a lively hospitality setting, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring that all health, safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met. This position offers the chance to develop practical bar‑service skills and interact with a diverse clientele throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, hot drinks and a wide range of beverages.
• Take orders, attend to customer requests and provide courteous, professional service.
• Maintain the bar area clean, organized and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
• Restock supplies, clean equipment and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
• Assist in setting up tables and ensuring proper presentation of drinks.

Required profile

• Polite, professional attitude with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment.
• Commitment to follow hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
