AWS DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services. The role involves building CI/CD pipelines, managing container platforms, and automating infrastructure while ensuring high availability and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate core AWS services such as EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager, Elasticsearch Service, Kinesis, VPC, Route 53, and Direct Connect.
• Implement end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using AWS Developer tools (CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, CodeStar) and integrate them with native DevOps tools.
• Develop and maintain serverless solutions with AWS Lambda, linking functions to other AWS services and triggering cloud‑native workflows.
• Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, and Puppet.
• Manage Elasticsearch clusters and ensure optimal performance.
• Apply HA, DR, scalability, and elasticity concepts across all solutions.
• Collaborate within an Agile team, participating in sprints and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with a wide range of AWS services.
• Proven ability to integrate AWS Developer services with DevOps tooling.
• Solid understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, scalability, and elasticity in cloud environments.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, and CloudFormation.
• Comfort working in an Agile development model.
