Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) – Healthcare Support at Factory

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) to deliver primary healthcare services and basic nursing care to employees at our factory facility in Kerala. The role involves responding to medical emergencies, maintaining health records, and promoting preventive health practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first aid and primary nursing care to employees.
• Monitor and maintain employee health records.
• Assist in health check‑ups and wellness programs.
• Support occupational health and safety initiatives.
• Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with hospitals and healthcare providers during emergencies.
• Maintain medical inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Promote health awareness and preventive healthcare practices.

Required profile

• Resident of Kerala or willing to relocate (accommodation provided).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an ANM.
• Valid ANM qualification and registration as per regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
