Attorney – U.S. Immigration (Night Shift)

About the role

T.P.L. Global is looking for a motivated Attorney to support its U.S. immigration practice. You will work closely with an experienced U.S. immigration attorney, handling a variety of immigration matters during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client intake interviews and gather required documentation.
• Prepare and draft family petitions, U‑Visas, asylum applications, naturalization petitions, and other immigration filings.
• Assemble complete application packages for submission to USCIS and EOIR.
• Provide general administrative support to the immigration team as needed.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Demonstrates professionalism, a “can‑do” attitude, and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to commit to a three‑year bond with the firm.

Required skills

• Annual compensation ranging from INR 500,000 to INR 600,000, based on experience.
• Night‑shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday).
