Associate Recruitment Specialist

About the role

KONE India is entering a growth phase and is looking for an Associate Recruitment Specialist to join the Chennai KBS team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and building talent pipelines for various positions across India, supporting recruiters and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand recruitment requirements and job descriptions for positions across India.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screening against skills, experience, qualifications and location criteria.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with recruiters to gather feedback and improve profile quality.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment trackers and systems.
• Support bulk/volume hiring and ensure timely turnaround of sourcing requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work with international stakeholders.
