Through 1:1 audio and video conversations, users can connect with trained Wellness Buddies who offer emotional support, companionship, and meaningful conversations.As Eaze continues to grow, we are focused on building a strong network of high-quality Wellness Buddies who can deliver a positive and supportive experience to our users.Role Overview : As an Associate - Onboarding & Engagement, you will play a key role in building and managing Eaze's Wellness Buddy ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding journey—from sourcing and screening potential Wellness Buddies to facilitating training, ensuring operational readiness, and driving ongoing engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain a high-quality, active community of Wellness Buddies while ensuring seamless day-to-day platform operations and an exceptional experience for both Wellness Budies and users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and is passionate about community building, operations, and creating meaningful user experiences.Key Responsibilities : Wellness Buddy Acquisition & Candidate ExperienceManage inbound leads and guide potential Wellness Buddies through the application processSchedule and conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication, empathy, and emotional maturityMaintain a healthy pipeline of qualified Wellness Buddies aligned with platform requirementsTraining & OnboardingSupport the execution of training programs for Wellness BuddiesFacilitate smooth onboarding by aligning candidates with community guidelines and platform expectationsAssist in improving training and onboarding processes based on feedback and performance dataTalent Supply ManagementIdentify and onboard Wellness Buddies for 1:1 audio/video sessionsEnsure an adequate supply of active Wellness Buddies to meet user demand and peak hoursTrack basic supply metrics and highlight gaps proactivelyOperations & Performance SupportAssist in managing day-to-day operations of 1:1 audio/video sessionsMonitor Wellness Buddy performance and share feedback for improvementSupport in resolving operational issues to ensure a seamless user experienceCommunity Growth & SupportContribute to initiatives aimed at expanding the Wellness Buddy base across languages and marketsSupport efforts to improve user engagement and overall platform experienceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Operations Management, Community Management, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in community management, operations, or supply chain roles, with a focus on audio/video content or social platformsMust be fluent in Tamil & English (Read, Write & Speak)Strong understanding of community dynamics in 1:1 calling environments, including experience managing hosts and content contributorsProficiency in analytics tools, community management platforms, and audio/video calling technologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Show more Show less
