Associate – FS Consulting – Financial Services Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking an Associate for its Financial Services Consulting practice in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering growth strategy, new‑business set‑up, cost optimisation, sales productivity and market‑entry projects for clients in banking, NBFCs, payments and asset‑management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand a portfolio of financial‑services clients across banking, NBFC, payments and asset‑management.
• Identify consulting opportunities, craft winning proposals and convert them into engagements.
• Lead delivery of advisory projects, ensuring high client‑satisfaction and identifying follow‑up opportunities.
• Achieve business‑development and engagement‑delivery targets set by the practice.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the financial‑services sector, including banking, NBFCs, payments and asset‑management.
• Commercial acumen and persuasive communication skills to generate and close consulting opportunities.
• Ability to manage project delivery and maintain high client satisfaction.
