Associate Director - Salesforce Revenue Cloud

About the role

The Associate Director will lead the implementation and optimisation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions, covering CPQ, Billing and Subscription Management. The role ensures accurate quoting, streamlined billing processes and compliance with revenue‑recognition standards for Riveron’s clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture pricing and billing requirements and design solution architecture.
• Configure Salesforce CPQ for complex pricing, discounting, bundling and build advanced product and price rules.
• Implement Salesforce Billing, design subscription models and manage usage‑based products.
• Design and deliver integrations with NetSuite, ERP systems, payment gateways and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Create documentation, runbooks and conduct user training; support post‑implementation enhancements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and deep knowledge of Quote‑to‑Cash processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to guide clients on build‑vs‑buy decisions.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Revenue Cloud Consultant (desirable).

Required skills

• Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing configuration.
• Subscription management and revenue‑recognition setups.
• Integration experience with NetSuite, ERP systems, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Agentforce platform knowledge.
