About the role

We are hiring an Associate for our Corporate and M&A team in Delhi. The role requires excellent research skills, active participation in knowledge management, and the ability to produce external and internal articles and papers. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical ability to interpret laws and judgments and apply them practically, as well as superior oral and written communication to articulate legal concepts. Interaction with clients confidently, guiding and supervising junior team members, and delivering high‑quality work with commercial acumen are also essential.

Required profile

A five‑year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.
1‑3 years of experience in the corporate practice of a well‑reputed law firm.
