Disputes Lawyer – Associate/Senior Associate

About the role

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our white‑collar crime litigation team in New Delhi. The role involves handling complex economic offence matters and regulatory investigations, working closely with senior counsel to deliver effective client solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle matters relating to white‑collar crime, economic offences and regulatory investigations.
• Assist in litigation and proceedings before courts and relevant authorities.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, pleadings, written submissions and other case‑related documents.
• Assist in investigations by enforcement and regulatory agencies.
• Work closely with senior lawyers on strategy, case preparation and client advisory.
• Manage matters independently as appropriate to experience level.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 2–5 years of relevant experience in white‑collar crime, criminal litigation, economic offences or related disputes.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in court proceedings and/or investigations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
