Assistant/Deputy Manager – Ethics & Compliance

About the role

Deloitte India is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager to strengthen its Ethics and Compliance function. You will lead investigations, develop training programs, and ensure adherence to ethical standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ethics case inquiries: design methodology, conduct investigations, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout investigations and follow‑up.
• Prepare governance presentations and dashboards for senior ethics leadership.
• Design, develop, and deliver ethics and compliance training tailored to various organizational levels and geographies.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Oversee implementation of ethics and compliance programs, track progress, and address gaps proactively.
• Maintain and update POSH policies, develop POSH training, ensure compliance, and support the Internal Committee during inquiries.

Required profile

• Strong investigative and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in ethics, compliance, or related regulatory functions.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver clear, structured reports.
• Knowledge of POSH regulations and best practices.
