Assistant/Deputy Manager – Commercial Management

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking an Assistant/Deputy Manager to lead commercial management activities for advanced automotive solutions. The role involves coordinating acquisition, quotation, and project execution while ensuring alignment with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisition processes and support Global Customer Teams on Advanced CRS, DNOx, and FCPM projects.
• Lead RFQ synthesis, kick‑off meetings, RASIC finalization and technical profile completion.
• Prepare detailed quotations, including product costing, logistics, tooling, and calibration scenarios.
• Present business cases to review panels, secure project charter approval and monitor compliance with IFRS.
• Negotiate test plans and contracts with customers, plan internal resources and oversee release testing.
• Track project objectives (time, cost, quality, profit) and trigger escalations when targets are at risk.
• Coordinate sample production, initiate product release in the RACE tool and manage validated part receipt.
• Collaborate with plant quality and customers to consolidate quality data, conduct LL workshops and maintain SOPL documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial or project management within the automotive or industrial sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed cost and profit analyses.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to drive projects from quotation through series production while ensuring compliance.
