About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical professional to join our Revenue Management team as an Assistant Revenue Manager. In this role you will support pricing strategy, inventory control and forecasting to help drive revenue growth across all distribution channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of competitive pricing models.
- Monitor room allocation and ensure optimal yield.
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and assist in budget planning.
- Track competitor performance and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Maximize revenue through OTAs, GDS, brand website and direct bookings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Reservations to align strategies.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly revenue reports for management review.
Required profile
- Graduate in Hospitality, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5‑6 years of hotel operations or revenue management experience.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
