Beverage Controller – Hotel Food & Beverage Department

About the role

The Beverage Controller will support the Food & Beverage Division by overseeing beverage inventory, costs, purchasing and issuance. This role ensures efficient stock management, loss minimisation and compliance with the hotel's financial and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Control and monitor all beverage inventories, costs and purchasing activities.
• Manage receiving, storage and issuance of beverages in line with brand standards.
• Maintain accurate stock records and minimise losses.
• Support profitability objectives through cost analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial and operational procedures.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in cost control, beverage operations, stores, purchasing or F&B administration within a hotel.
• Strong knowledge of beverage inventory management, stock control procedures and beverage costing.
• Understanding of wines, spirits, cocktails and beverage service operations is an advantage.
