Assistant Manager – Outlet

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Outlet will support the Outlet Manager in running the assigned outlet as a profitable, independent unit. Working within Hyatt International standards, the role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining budgetary controls.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the outlet, ensuring service quality and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
• Supervise and coach front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff, handling scheduling and performance management.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Support inventory management, ordering and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or 2 years as a Team Leader/Captain in a reputable hotel.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
