Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will join the hotel’s marketing team to develop and execute property‑level communications. Working under the Manager of Marketing and Communication, you will help promote on‑brand messaging across traditional, digital and social channels to boost the hotel’s image and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the annual marketing plan and staying within budget.
• Support Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams with promotions that drive incremental revenue.
• Collaborate with advertising agencies on creative and media plans, especially for F&B campaigns.
• Manage media schedules, email marketing and display advertising initiatives.
• Ensure all digital advertising aligns with the brand voice.
• Facilitate social media engagement, update website and travel‑site content.
• Assist promotional campaigns for rooms, weddings, spa and conferences across digital channels.
• Monitor online reputation and respond to guest comments.
• Participate in quarterly PR planning and maintain relationships with local media, critics and bloggers.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field plus 2 years of sales, marketing or digital experience (hospitality marketing preferred), OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
