About the role
The Assistant Manager – Learning & Development will support Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room’s growth by designing, delivering and evaluating training programs that align with business goals. Based in Bangalore, this full‑time on‑site position works closely with cross‑functional teams to boost performance and maintain high customer service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify learning needs through stakeholder consultations and formal assessments.
- Design, develop and deliver training solutions across functional, technical, soft‑skill and management areas.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and adjust programs for continuous improvement.
- Supervise induction, orientation and ongoing learning initiatives for all employees.
- Manage training technologies, platforms and resources, ensuring efficient processes.
- Coordinate with department heads and managers to schedule and implement programs.
- Maintain records, support internal/external audits and drive a culture of service excellence.
