About the role
You will assist in delivering high‑quality in‑room dining service, ensuring operational efficiency and guest satisfaction while supporting the department’s overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the efficient running of the department, aligning daily operations with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards.
- Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, adhering to the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
- Ensure maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, contributing to the financial success of the outlet.
Required profile
- Relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
