Assistant Manager – Human Resources

About the role

The Assistant Manager HR will support end‑to‑end HR operations for both clinical and non‑clinical staff at Apollo Adlux Hospital. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and Indian labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee life‑cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction and workforce planning.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data, and oversee payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align HR practices with organisational goals.
• Support the design and delivery of training and development programmes.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in an HR role, preferably within healthcare or large service organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for multi‑disciplinary collaboration.
• Analytical and organisational abilities to drive data‑based HR decisions.
