Assistant Manager H/F

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Patapain team in Saran. The role combines leadership of a sales floor with daily restaurant operations, ensuring high‑quality service and product preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of sales assistants.
• Support kitchen staff to guarantee top‑quality products.
• Manage daily restaurant tasks, including order handling and inventory.
• Oversee cooking processes and maintain quality standards.
• Open and close the restaurant according to procedures.
• Organise and take part in external catering events.

Required profile

• Strong managerial and leadership attitude.
• Commercially minded, friendly and customer‑focused.
• First experience in retail or hospitality is desirable.
• Recent graduate in commerce, hotel‑management or an experienced manager.
