About the role
The Assistant Manager will join the Fraud and Claims Shared Services Analytics team within Bank of America’s Global Business Services in India. This role focuses on delivering enterprise‑level analytics and reporting to monitor fraud performance and metrics across business units.
Key responsibilities
- Manage cross‑functional and inter‑departmental projects for line‑of‑business products, processes, and employee readiness.
- Partner with business stakeholders to develop and sustain change plans.
- Evaluate current methods and devise strategies to implement process improvements.
- Oversee project execution using appropriate tools to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for department managers on critical project issues.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing cross‑functional projects or initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate with business partners and drive change.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in enterprise‑level reporting.
- Effective communication skills for interfacing with managers and stakeholders.
