Senior Team Member – Credit & Debit Exception

About the role

Bank of America’s Global Business Services is looking for a Senior Team Member to join the Credit & Debit Exception team within the Global Payments group. The role focuses on processing claims for incomplete VISA and MasterCard transactions, ensuring accurate resolution and compliance with operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely processing of credit and debit card claims while meeting productivity, quality, and service level targets.
• Identify transaction status and outstanding general ledger entries and process disputes accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and risk management guidelines.
• Contribute to business‑as‑usual deliverables and execute the Process Control framework.
• Support business priorities of the Credit & Debit Exception function.

Required profile

• Experience in credit and debit card transaction processing or similar claims handling.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high‑volume backend environment.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Ability to follow established procedures and maintain compliance.
