Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR Business Partner (M&SS)

About the role

The Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – HR Business Partner (M&SS) will support the full employee talent lifecycle for Bosch’s Powertrain Solutions plant in Jaipur. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role partners with business heads to align people strategies with operational goals and foster an engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and design HR solutions that support organisational objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, engagement, career development and off‑boarding.
• Design and deliver talent development programmes, succession planning and capability‑building initiatives.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, employee relations, performance and people‑management best practices.
• Analyse workforce data and people metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements and enhance employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering or similar HR generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of talent management, performance management and employee engagement processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional leaders and influence decisions.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting workforce data and metrics.
