Assistant Manager - Client Relations & Operations

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Client Relations & Operations will oversee transactional processing for the Mumbai Industry House and New Delhi branches, supporting a large investor base across retail and institutional segments. The role ensures accurate, timely processing while complying with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Accept and process transactions in line with SOPs and regulatory standards, including quality checks and fund deployment reporting.
• Maintain compliance with NAV display guidelines and prevent regulatory deviations.
• Reconcile received and processed transactions to verify accuracy.
• Liaise with banks, sales teams, headquarters, and external service providers to resolve transaction‑related issues.
• Handle KYC applications, ensuring acceptance, processing, and reconciliation without rejections.

Required profile

• Experience handling high‑volume, high‑value transactions for both retail and institutional investors.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines governing transaction processing and NAV reporting.
• Ability to meet short turnaround times for institutional clients.
• Proven capability to coordinate with internal teams, banks, and external vendors.
• Experience in KYC processing and documentation management.
