Assistant General Manager – Digital Office (CDO Office)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, execution‑oriented leader to serve as the Assistant General Manager for the Digital Office, working directly with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO). The role ensures governance, coordination, and delivery across strategic technology, digital, and business transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CDO to synthesize inputs from Product, TechOps, Data & Analytics, Shared Services, and Information Security, highlighting tensions and dependencies.
• Drive governance and execution tracking for enterprise‑wide digital and transformation programs, managing review mechanisms, steering committees, and leadership forums.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and mitigation plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely follow‑up on audit actions.
• Prepare leadership presentations, board updates, and executive communications, consolidating updates from diverse functions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to resolve dependencies, remove bottlenecks, and maintain consistent communication.
• Maintain a pulse on organizational health, tracking employee sentiment, attrition signals, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in program governance and strategic alignment.
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate leadership reviews and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience supporting senior executives, preferably at the C‑suite level.
