Assistant Engineer – Civil Projects (Odisha & Bihar)

About the role

The company is seeking an Assistant Engineer to lead and coordinate large‑diameter pile installations and industrial civil projects in the Paradeep and Dhamra ports of Odisha as well as in Munger, Bihar. The role blends on‑site supervision with production coordination of ready‑mix concrete (RMC) to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure works.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and execute large‑diameter pile foundations for port and industrial structures.
• Manage industrial civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate RMC production and delivery to support ongoing civil works.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports and liaise with contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• Ensure quality control, material testing and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in large‑diameter pile work, industrial civil construction or RMC coordination.
• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Odisha (Paradeep & Dhamra) and Bihar (Munger).
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks in a construction environment.
