Artworker – Creative Layout & Production Specialist

About the role

The Studio Artist (Artworker) is responsible for preparing and refining creative materials for print, web, and digital delivery. Working under the direction of the Studio Manager or Director, the role ensures that all artwork meets brand and client specifications while adhering to agency standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare electronic layouts for print, web, slide presentations, and digital media.
• Make corrections to art and copy as directed by the brand team or client and verify accuracy.
• Create composite artwork using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
• Collaborate with Creative and Production teams to translate specifications into production‑ready files.
• Maintain agency guidelines for file naming, folder management, scanning, pre‑press, and archiving.
• Produce mechanical and pre‑press files, applying commercial printing knowledge and troubleshooting as needed.
• Generate perfect, print‑ready files and interactive PDFs with form fields, hyperlinks, media insertion, and buttons.
• Assist in developing brand guidelines and prepare presentation materials for internal and external clients.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High level of digital efficiency and familiarity with agency equipment.
• Good organizational skills for managing files and version control.

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Acrobat (interactive PDF creation)
• Knowledge of commercial printing and pre‑press processes
