Area Food Operation Manager

About the role

Pizza 4P's is seeking an experienced Area Food Operation Manager to lead food operations across multiple outlets in India. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent quality, speed, hygiene and financial performance while actively coaching store leaders and driving standardisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day food operations for 4‑15 stores, monitoring QC, speed, COGS and hygiene metrics.
• Identify gaps between stores, develop and implement SOPs, audit programs and Kaizen action plans.
• Lead food‑operations set‑up for new openings, including training, SOP creation and quality‑control systems.
• Step onto the floor, kitchen or pizza line as needed to diagnose bottlenecks, coach teams and reinforce brand standards.
• Develop Assistant Managers into independent leaders, conduct regular 1‑on‑1s, performance reviews and succession planning.
• Analyse guest feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement and system scaling.
• Design operational processes for new menus, seasonal items and special events.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing food operations across multiple restaurant locations.
• Strong track record of people development and building high‑performing teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to translate QC, speed, cost and guest feedback into actionable plans.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable working in fast‑paced kitchen environments.
• Excellent communication skills and alignment with Pizza 4P's core values of quality and hospitality.
