Architect – Multi‑Project Design & Coordination

About the role

The Architect will lead architectural design and coordination for multiple projects within the cluster, ensuring that design, construction and marketing objectives are achieved. This role involves close collaboration with MEP, structural, sales and external consulting teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant designs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee architectural deliverables for several projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall objectives.
• Facilitate integration of MEP, structural and design teams, guaranteeing compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to review timelines, resolve issues and allocate resources effectively.
• Lead design review and approval processes, providing feedback and ensuring corrections are incorporated.
• Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, regulations and project‑specific requirements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop high‑quality brochures and define key architectural features.
• Support site‑level coordination, confirming execution matches approved designs and addressing on‑site issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience managing architectural work across multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
