Architect – Luxury Residential & Hospitality Projects

About the role

Milind Bargal Design is seeking a full‑time Architect to join its Indore studio. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing flexibility to work from home while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams on luxury residential, hospitality, and corporate projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and translate client requirements into refined design solutions.
• Create detailed plans, sections, elevations, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, internal design teams, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with interior and landscape designers to ensure a cohesive design language.
• Support site coordination, monitor design implementation, and uphold quality, timeline, and budget targets.
• Contribute to project documentation, material selection, and continuous improvement of design processes.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in architecture and architectural design with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Eligibility to work as an architect in India.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, and delivering projects from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with integrating architectural work with interiors, landscape, structural, and MEP services.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills with an eye for luxury, modern, and timeless design.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a proactive, solution‑oriented studio environment.
• Previous experience on high‑end residential, hospitality, or corporate office projects is preferred.
