Architect II – DevOps

About the role

You will join a multi‑site System/DevOps scrum team within Philips Clinical Platform, responsible for operating a large CI/CD pipeline that serves over 70 developers and millions of lines of code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and operate the CI/CD pipeline, enabling sprint and on‑demand releases.
• Build and maintain engineering tools and utilities for build, test, release and developer workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify bottlenecks, drive improvements and support CI/CD modernization.
• Provide technical direction to the Bengaluru DevOps team and own delivery outcomes.

Required profile

• Approximately 12 years of industry experience, preferably in large‑scale DevOps environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Ability to coach engineers on CI/CD, Git/GitHub and DevOps best practices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GitHub and Jenkins CI/CD environments.
• Experience with NX build tool, MSBuild and Artifactory.
• PowerShell scripting and strong C# development skills (OOP, SOLID principles).
• Knowledge of Black Duck, SonarQube and other security/code‑quality scanning tools.
• Agile and SAFe framework experience.
