Architect – Design & Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a creative Architect to join our team and support the full design lifecycle, from concept through execution. The role blends strong visual design abilities with project coordination to deliver high‑quality residential, commercial and retail spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural plans.
• Produce visualizations, space‑planning layouts, colour schemes and material selections.
• Coordinate project timelines, organise documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
• Oversee on‑site implementation, conduct occasional site visits and verify quality.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability practices and comply with local building codes.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Professional degree or certification in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Familiarity with building regulations, sustainability standards and quality‑control processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
