Architect (Cloud & Data Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead the design and delivery of resilient APIs and data pipelines. You will work at the intersection of infrastructure and software engineering, shaping best‑practice processes for a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust APIs that integrate cloud infrastructure with software solutions.
• Build and maintain data and pipeline management frameworks using open‑source components such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, HBase, Kafka, Tableau, and Airflow.
• Leverage cloud services including S3, Redshift, Athena, and Kinesis to create cost‑effective, secure distributed solutions.
• Deliver complex, high‑value components on schedule and according to specifications.
• Act as a team lead, providing technical direction, work breakdown, estimation, and clear specifications for outsourced work.
• Communicate with customers, present solutions, and handle critical issues.
• Coordinate client and internal resources to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Strong ability to identify requirement inconsistencies and proactively manage schedules.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and presentations.
• Track record of contributing to architecture decisions and product releases.
