About the role
MQA is seeking an architect with 4‑6 years of experience to lead medium to large‑scale projects from concept through construction. The role blends spatial storytelling with technical precision to create bold, sustainable environments.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end design of medium and large projects across residential, commercial and institutional typologies.
- Develop spatial plans, design concepts, and detailed construction documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers and clients to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Mentor junior team members and foster collaborative studio culture.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design clarity and technical depth.
- Team‑player with ability to communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
Required skills
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
