Arabic Facilitator (Grades 1-8) – Remote

About the role

21K School, Asia’s leading online school, is seeking an Arabic Facilitator for grades 1‑8 to deliver engaging virtual classes. The role is fully remote and focuses on creating a student‑centric learning environment while supporting academic progress and parent communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live Arabic lessons according to the timetable, ensuring high teaching standards and active student participation.
• Manage virtual classrooms, handle substitutions, and apply interactive methodologies to boost engagement.
• Research curriculum requirements, design structured lesson plans, and develop teaching materials such as presentations and worksheets.
• Identify diverse learning needs, adapt instruction, and provide support for students with varying abilities.
• Plan and administer formal and informal assessments, maintain accurate performance records, and deliver feedback to students and parents.
• Respond promptly to parent inquiries, conduct progress meetings, and maintain professional communication via the learning platform.
• Collaborate with fellow facilitators, academic teams, and the counselling department to ensure curriculum alignment and address special learning needs.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience teaching Arabic to primary grades.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to create interactive, inclusive lessons.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging students, parents, and internal teams.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
