Apptio/TBM Consultant – Business Consulting

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking professionals at Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant level to join its Technology Business Management (TBM) practice. The role focuses on delivering IT cost transparency, financial optimization and value realization through strategic advisory and Apptio‑led implementations for CIOs, CFOs and IT leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory on IT cost transparency, TBM frameworks and financial governance.
• Translate business and financial requirements into Apptio‑enabled solutions.
• Design, configure and implement Apptio Cost Transparency & IT Planning solutions, including cost models, allocations and reporting structures.
• Analyze IT financial and operational data to identify cost drivers and optimization opportunities.
• Engage with Finance, IT, Procurement and Business stakeholders to present dashboards, insights and recommendations.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Support business development activities and practice building initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience for Consultant level, 9+ years for Senior Consultant, 12+ years for Principal Consultant.
• Proven experience in IT consulting, IT financial management or Apptio/TBM implementations.
• Strong understanding of IT cost structures, budgeting, forecasting and allocations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
