Android Trainer – Full‑time Instructor

About the role

The Android Trainer will lead instructor‑led sessions on Android application development for learners of varying skill levels. Based in Pune, this full‑time, on‑site position involves designing curriculum, preparing hands‑on materials, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, structure and continuously update Android development course content.
• Create training materials, practical exercises and lab sessions.
• Deliver interactive workshops, demonstrate coding best practices, and mentor participants.
• Assess learner progress, provide individualized feedback, and adjust curriculum to reflect industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with organizational goals.
• Maintain a professional, inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Android development using Kotlin and/or Java.
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio and common libraries.
• Knowledge of mobile architecture, RESTful APIs, UI/UX principles and Git version control.
• Proven track record designing and delivering technical training or workshops.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior industry experience as an Android developer and familiarity with current mobile trends.
