About the role
This position is for fresh graduates who want to start a career in airport operations and passenger services. You will work at the IGI Thiruvananthapuram Airport, supporting airline gates, baggage handling, and customer assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome passengers, answering their queries promptly.
- Check‑in baggage and ensure proper tagging and barcode placement.
- Assist with seat assignments and gate operations for airlines.
- Help passengers with special needs, including disabled travelers and families with small children.
- Support reservation processes and provide accurate information about flights.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 10+2 or graduate.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, days, and locations as required.
