AI/ML Developer

About the role

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to join Bosch Global Software Technologies in Bangalore. You will design and implement advanced AI solutions, focusing on Retrieval‑Augmented Generation pipelines and domain‑specific model fine‑tuning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for intelligent solutions.
• Fine‑tune and optimize machine learning and large language models for specific domains.
• Develop AI solutions for prediction, automation, and classification use cases.
• Work with data pipelines, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure data quality.
• Deploy and scale AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform.
• Integrate AI models into scalable software tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE, B.Tech) or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in AI/ML development.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and large language models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering.
