AI Quality Evaluator – Hindi (12‑month contract)

About the role

Canva is looking for a native Hindi speaker to join its localisation team on a 12‑month contract. You will help ensure AI‑generated content meets Canva’s quality standards for Hindi users, contributing to the internationalisation of AI features.

Key responsibilities

• Label, annotate and evaluate photos, graphics, videos, stickers and designs in Hindi, checking linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Assess AI‑generated content against Canva’s quality bar for Hindi, providing feedback to improve AI experiences.
• Build and maintain Hindi‑specific datasets to support AI feature development.
• Deliver labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across varied task types.
• Review and refine your own labels based on feedback to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Data Labelling teams in the Philippines and EU for quality alignment.

Required profile

• Native Hindi speaker with strong written and spoken English.
• Highly detail‑oriented, spotting inconsistencies and maintaining a high quality bar.
• Self‑directed, able to manage multiple concurrent projects without supervision.
• Adaptable, quickly learning and applying new labelling guidelines.
• Genuinely curious about AI and motivated to shape language experiences for Hindi users.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, evolving work environment.
