Agent Fulfillment (FBC) – Flight Booking Support

About the role

Join Etraveli Group as an Agent Fulfillment (FBC) and help ensure smooth flight booking experiences for our global partners. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, monitoring bookings, coordinating with airlines and handling post‑booking issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and identify failed flight bookings in the system.
• Assist in booking and issuance of flights on airline websites and portals.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Maintain booking accuracy and update records.
• Interpret fare rules and manage ancillary product fulfillment.
• Report errors and process refunds on airline websites and portals.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates without prior travel industry experience.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts (24/7 coverage).
• Undergraduate or Diploma/HSC (10+2) qualification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Well‑organized, persistent, and able to multitask under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and general computer usage.
